I had a great experience at American Family Medicine with Karen Rodriguez Lopez, PA. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and organized the clinic was. The front desk was being managed efficiently by two gentlemen who were professional and welcoming. After checking in, the medical assistant promptly brought me back and took my vitals. When Karen came into the room, she immediately made me feel at ease. She was extremely professional and attentive, taking the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns. What stood out to me the most was her ability to genuinely connect, she made my concerns relatable by sharing how she understands them from real-life experience. I’ve been searching for a primary care provider who takes the time to really listen and doesn’t make the visit feel rushed. Karen absolutely delivered that. Her bedside manner is excellent, and I especially appreciated being able to communicate in both English and Spanish with her.
